Eldee Greyling began his career in UK immigration in 2008, initially working in private client immigration.
That work involved helping individuals and families understand the immigration routes available to them, prepare applications and deal with issues arising from their personal circumstances and immigration histories.
In 2012, Eldee moved into corporate immigration. He went on to work within some of the UK’s leading immigration service providers, advising businesses, HR teams and internationally mobile workers on the practical requirements of the UK immigration system.
His corporate immigration experience includes sponsor licence applications, the sponsorship of overseas workers, Certificates of Sponsorship, changes affecting sponsored employment and the ongoing responsibilities that come with holding a sponsor licence.
Working across both personal and business immigration has given Eldee a broad view of how immigration decisions affect organisations and the people behind them.
He established United Kingdom Uncovered Ltd in 2017 to provide immigration advice in a clear, direct and practical way.
UKU’s approach starts with understanding the facts. Eldee looks at what the client is trying to achieve, identifies the relevant immigration requirements and considers anything that may create a problem before advising on what should happen next.
He continues to advise employers, individuals and families across a range of UK immigration matters.

A practical approach

That means explaining the relevant requirements, identifying potential issues and being honest about what can and cannot be done.

Look for the issues
Sometimes the important part of an immigration matter is not the most obvious requirement.
Immigration history, employment arrangements, supporting documents, residence or timing can change the position.
We look for those issues early.
Explain the position clearly
You should understand what you are applying for, what the requirements are and what information we need from you.
We avoid unnecessary legal language where plain English will do.
Stay practical
Our job is not simply to tell a client what the Immigration Rules say.
It is to apply those rules to the circumstances and work out what should happen next.
